Hi friends today’s about different article to know about Hepatitis B related information and Awareness related and few reports…[ in the different views ]. Today’s just introductory part and I invite all my doctor friends [ followers] related and other friends [ As a researcher] [ to share your thoughts openly. ]….

There is still limited access to diagnosis and treatment of hepatitis B in many resource-constrained settings. In the year, 2016 of the more than 251+ million people living with HBV infection,10.8% (27.2+ million) were aware of their infection. Among the long-term complications of HBV infections, cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma cause a large disease burden and those diagnosed, the global treatment coverage is 16.8% (4.6+ million) but may be[…..]….
Many people are diagnosed only when they already have advanced disease and in 2018 a total of 3,322 cases of acute (short-term) hepatitis B as reported to public health institute.
According to the reports in the year 2016, 27+ million people but reports 10.6% of all people estimated to be living with hepatitis B were aware of their infection, while 4.6 million (16.8%) of the people diagnosed were on treatment. In the percent 82–90% of infants infected during the first year of life develop chronic infections and 36–50% of children infected before the age of 5 years develop chronic infections. .[May be differ, i thinks so ]…..
According to latest estimates, the proportion of children under five years of age chronically infected with HBV dropped to just under 1% in 2019 down from around 5% in the per-vaccine era ranging from the 1980s to the early 2000s.
Since many people may not have symptoms or don’t know they are infected and their illness is often not diagnosed so, it can’t be reported or counted and public health institute estimates the actual number of acute hepatitis B cases was closer to 21,600 in the year 2018. Many more people about 862,000 are estimated to be living with chronic and long-term hepatitis B…[….]….

I want to mention one point here, if you have been infected with hepatitis B in the past, you can’t get infected again. However, some people, especially those infected during early childhood, remain infected for life because they never cleared the virus from their bodies. These people are considered to have chronic infection and are at risk for developing severe diseases. You know, Hepatitis B is a liver infection caused by the hepatitis B virus. Some people with hepatitis B are sick for only a few weeks known as “acute” infection but for others, the disease progresses to a serious, lifelong illness known as chronic hepatitis B….. [……]…..
A large number of clinical studies have shown that chronic HBV persistent infection causes the dysfunction of innate and adaptive immune response involving monocytes/macrophages and dendritic cells, natural killer (NK) cells, T cells.[ In process]…..
Most adults with hepatitis B recover fully, even if their signs and symptoms are severe.Infants and children are more likely to develop a chronic (long-lasting) hepatitis B infection. A vaccine can prevent hepatitis B, but there’s no cure if you have the condition. If you’re infected, taking certain precautions can help prevent spreading the virus to others.
You know,[I will suggest related] If you have any symptoms and expose to hepatitis B, contact your doctor immediately. A preventive treatment may reduce your risk of infection if you receive the treatment within 24 hours of exposure to the virus…[.*.May..]…..
