Today’s I’m sharing information about stress related. your stress level are rising to an unmanageable extent. So I’m sharing my advice may be helpful to you. For my followers and others [ In Briefly ]:—
Firstly, take care mean your body when you’re in stress situation it can a toll on your body specially if the situation lasts for a long time and other side good physical situation means good health can actually make you immune to the effects of stress and away from negative effects if possible eat healthy and drink plenty of water and take time for exercise. if possible avoid addiction [ any kind].
Secondly , the situation whenever situation on front be patient and avoid making emotional and when you find yourself feeling out of control stop whatever you are doing and take a time out breathe in and out for a minutes and talk to someone and when you feel slightly peaceful you can go back in that situation and sometimes you may benefit from speaking to others and talking can help you vent your feelings which can then leave your feeling calmer and call up or chatting with your friends or mentor [ whatever your suitable ] and ask them for take advice and they might give you different sight or perspective on that situation could be helpful to you and may also a social call just to distract yourself from a stressful situation.
Thirdly, this advice may be helpful to someone and not help helpful to someone its depend on your faith you may be experiencing stress [ in high level] for a prolonged period of time then finding something that will help you and making it a ritual in your life can help you stay clam [* its not for everyone ] and can include taking a walk and having a cup of coffee or tea in the morning in your situation and remember you are faced with a stressful situation or challenging situation that feeling a little bit of stress is normal and can motivate you to resolve the problem .
Fourthly, Positive : the positive aspects of the situation and consider it as an opportunity to learn something. if you find yourself thinking negatively try to evaluate your thoughts and check if they are helpful to you at this time. you could also try to think of what you would say to a friend if they were in distress and use that to talk to yourself more kindly in this difficult moment.
